Participation in the Egg Tuck Egg Hunt Promotion (the “Promotion”) constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and the decisions of Egg Tuck Partnership LLC (“Sponsor”), which are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion.
IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING DISPUTE RESOLUTION:
BY PARTICIPATING, YOU AGREE THAT ANY AND ALL DISPUTES, CLAIMS, OR CAUSES OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR CONNECTED WITH THIS PROMOTION SHALL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY, WITHOUT RESORT TO ANY FORM OF CLASS ACTION, AND EXCLUSIVELY BY FINAL AND BINDING ARBITRATION (SEE SECTION 11).
Internet access may be required to participate in certain aspects of the Promotion, including entry into the 2nd Chance Drawing and prize fulfillment communications. Sponsor is not responsible for technical failures or accessibility issues.
Each potential winner may be required to execute and return documentation, including but not limited to an affidavit of eligibility, liability/publicity release, and applicable tax forms. Failure to comply may result in disqualification and forfeiture of the prize.
By accepting a prize, winners grant Sponsor the right, where permitted by law, to use their name, likeness, city, and submitted content for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
California Notice: Entrants waive rights under California Civil Code Section 1542, which states that a general release does not extend to claims which the creditor does not know or suspect to exist at the time of executing the release.
Entrants agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates from any claims arising from participation or use of any prize.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant for fraud, tampering, or violations of these Official Rules, and to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion if necessary.
The Promotion is a limited-time sweepstakes conducted at participating Egg Tuck locations in California, Illinois, and Texas. Guests may receive Easter eggs containing promotional game pieces, offering instant prizes and/or entry into a grand prize drawing.
Open to legal U.S. residents of California, Illinois, and Texas who are 18 years of age or older, as well as out-of-state visitors physically present at participating locations during the Promotion Period.
Instant food prizes are available to all guests regardless of age. Employees, franchise owners, managers, and immediate family members of Sponsor are not eligible to win major prizes. Void where prohibited by law.
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.
During the Promotion Period (April 3–5, 2026), guests making a qualifying in-store purchase may receive two Easter eggs containing promotional game pieces, while supplies last.
Participants may request one free entry per person per day, without purchase, at any participating location during normal business hours, while supplies last. Free entries receive the same number of game pieces as a qualifying purchase.
For the 2nd Chance Drawing, participants may enter online between April 3 and April 11, 2026. Optional social media engagement may provide an additional entry; however, all entries have equal odds of winning.
Game pieces are randomly distributed prior to distribution. Odds of winning depend on the total number of game pieces distributed.
The 2nd Chance Drawing winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries.
Golden Egg and Store Credit winners must claim their prize by April 19, 2026. The 2nd Chance Drawing winner will be notified by April 21, 2026 via email and/or social media.
Winners may be required to provide valid identification and complete verification documentation.
Golden Egg Prize: Nine winners will receive a $500 Visa Digital Gift Card. Total ARV: $4,500.
Store Credit Prize: Five winners will receive $100 in Egg Tuck store credit. Total ARV: $500.
2nd Chance Drawing Prize: One winner will receive one entrée and one beverage per day for thirty consecutive days from April 22 through May 20, 2026. ARV varies by location.
Instant Food Prizes: Free Sandwich (excluding Royal Sandwiches), Free Beverage, or Free Tater Tots vouchers. Must be redeemed by April 30, 2026 and have no cash value.
Total approximate retail value of fixed prizes is $5,000.
Limit one major prize per participant. If multiple major prizes are won, only the highest value prize will be awarded.
Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be redeemed for cash except where required by law. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
Winners are responsible for all applicable taxes. Unclaimed prizes will be forfeited.
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates from any liability arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance or use of any prize. Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding.
All prizes and promotional materials are available while supplies last.
Food vouchers must be physically presented and surrendered at the time of redemption. Vouchers are single-use, non-transferable, and have no cash value.
This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta.
Personal information will be handled in accordance with applicable laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act.
All disputes arising out of or relating to this Promotion shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding arbitration conducted on an individual basis. Entrants waive any right to participate in a class action or jury trial.
Arbitration will be conducted under the applicable laws of the participant’s state of residence.
